Paul Hulet, O.D.
Dr. Paul Hulet is a native of Utah. He graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Art in Spanish. He attended Pacific University College of Optometry where he earned his Doctorate of Optometry. During his last year of optometry school, he completed four internships which provided specialized training in vision care. Dr. Hulet enjoys providing primary eye care ranging from newborns up to seniors. He has a special interest in pediatric eye care, including vision therapy. Dr. Hulet recognizes the importance of becoming part of the community. He is currently involved with American Optometric Association, COVD and Utah Optometric Association. Playing all sports, spending time outdoors and spending time with his family are a few of his favorite past times. Dr. Hulet is dedicated to ensure that his patients experience the best care available.

Staci Waters
Staci grew up in Richfield Utah. After graduating from high school, she attended Dixie State College in St. George, Utah, where she earned an Associates degree in Science. She then went on to further her education by working for a busy ophthalmology/ optometry practice where she worked as a receptionist and billing personel. Staci has earned her certified ophthalmic coder certificate through JCAPHO. She enjoys the outdoors, playing softball, running, water-skiing, riding ATV’s and being with her family. Staci is very excited to be a member of the Family Focused Eye Care team. With her expertise in eye care, she will ensure that you have an extraordinary experience during your visit to our office.
